Join us for the Fall Big Om Yoga Retreat hosted at Quartz Mountain State Park!
*This ticket includes a bed in shared cabins (5-8 people per
cabin).
We have limited practice space so if you are booking your own room
at the lodge, you still need to purchase this ticket!
The Big Om Yoga Retreat was created to bring the local yoga community together for a fun and deep weekend of yoga, workshops and connection. We intentionally keep the schedule light to allow lots of time to hang out and enjoy each others presence. More free time creates more organic experiences that can't happen with a tight schedule.

Join us for the 9th annual Big Om Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica! We've got some very special new additions to this trip and we can't wait to share this magical place with you.
We're headed to Playa Negra for the first 4 nights of this trip to sit with sacred grandmother plant medicine. Then we'll head to a village in the jungle called El Castillo for another 4 nights to integrate, relax and explore together.
Itinerary:
February 18st- Arrival - Shuttle provided to La Tica Lodge in Playa
Negra
February 19th - Relax during the day - Plant Medicine Ceremony at
La Senda in evening
February 20th - Relax during the day - Plant Medicine Ceremony at
La Senda in evening
February 21st - day - relax - Fire ceremony in the evening
February 22nd - Travel Day - Head to the Jungle
February 23rd - Yoga, Head into La Fortuna waterfall and then
shopping in town
February 24th - Yoga, Cacao and Permaculture tour
February 25th - Yoga, Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony, relax in the
hot springs
February 26th - Leaving - Head to the airport to fly home
Total Price is $2,500. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required when you sign up. Flexible Payment Plans available.
This price is ALL INCLUSIVE with the exception of the plant medicine journeys, and a few of your meals those will need to be paid for in cash. Airport Shuttle, transportation, loding, a majority of your food, yoga, breathwork, massage, excurions are all included in this price.

Working with plant medicine is not for everyone. It’s a sacred and
deeply transformative experience that requires intention,
reverence, and thoughtful preparation. If you feel called to
explore this path, we encourage you to come with an open heart and
a curious, respectful spirit. *Certain medication are in direct
contradiction with this medicine and everyone will be screened.
