{Brand new beginner - Course}
Looking to start your pole journey off right? In this 4 week series, we'll cover all the basic elements and fundamentals of Beginner Pole! Along side other beginners like yourself, you'll learn basic grips, spins, and style elements to help prep you for our group classes. We'll meet weekly on Sundays to build upon skills we learned in the prior class as well as learn some hot choreo!
You'll also be able to ask all the questions you've got about memberships and classes and nail all your elements!
You don't need to do anything to prep yourself, come as you are! Close fitting shorts and a sleeveless top are best for starting out. Socks and kneepads may come in handy as well!
{Int/Adv - Technique Course}
In this course, we'll visit a different element of pole/movment every week for four weeks. Each week we'll cover technique, tricks, and flow for each focus of movement!
Earth - Grounded floorwerk and inversions
Air - Aerial floaty spin pole
Fire - Dynamic static rotations and momentum powered tricks
Water - Body waves and articulation for juicy details
Students should have some knowlege of all areas of this course and this course is not recommended for beginners. Please review the list of recommended pre-requisites!
Pole moves you should feel comfortable in: Inversions, climbs, pole sits, shouldermount, leg hangs, bracket, armpit, elbow, and hip holds.
Floor moves you should feel comfortable in: pole assisted forearm and shoulder stands as well as backward and forward rolls.
Flow pathways you should feel comfortable in: Pirouettes, tray table turns, dip spins, standard basic and intermediate spins.
{Strong Beginner/Int/Adv - Technique Course}
It's time to get moody, cozy, and have a wiggle! In this three week course, we'll visit different pathways for flow in our coziest gear. Utilizing full coverage can offer an unihibited flow state, undeniable glide, and a soft landing. This can be an amazing tool while we explore combos that are both pole and floor based as well as freestyling through them to add them to your repetoire.
This class is not recommended for brand new beginners to flow, but you do not need to be an expert! You should feel comfortable with basic beginner and intermediate spins, forward and backward rolls, and pole assisted shoulder stands.
Sweat pants or leggings, t-shirts or hoodies, kneepads, and socks are all needed.
{Advanced - Technique Course}
If you're looking to nail your Ayesha in 2026, this miniseries is for you! This will be a three-week series where we can get really specific about the physics and body mechanics of different versions of Ayesha. Together, we'll diagnose what's needed to help make your Ayesha consistent enough to work toward incorporating it into combos.
Each week will incorporate different conditioning and mobility drills specific to the skills being targeted that session:
- Week 1 will focus on mechanics for true and/or twisted grip Ayesha.
- Week 2 will focus on cup and elbow grip Ayesha.
- Week 3 will focus on leg variations and transitions out of Ayesha apart from cartwheeling down (like taking your Ayesha straight into a leg hang or a brass monkey).
You'll receive more individualized attention to help troubleshoot your Ayesha in this series as compared to a focus hour or general skills class, as we'll be working with the same group of students for all three weeks.
Prerequisites: Inverted crucifix, basic butterfly, holding an upright split grip for at least 3-5 seconds, basic brass monkey, and outside leg hang.
Maximum skin grip is recommended! Class will be taught barefoot.
