Yoga and Sound Healing are ancient practices that have been used for thousands of years to promote wellness and balance. When combined, they create a powerful synergy that enhances the benefits of both disciplines.
Holistic yoga emphasizes not just physical postures (asanas) but also breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), and philosophy. Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation. The goal is to achieve balance and harmony within oneself, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.
This is a 90-minute workshop that will be room temperature. Enjoy 1 hour of yoga with tones and gentle bowl sounds, followed by a 30-minute fully emerged sound healing shavasana. Lila will be providing a full sound healing experience using Crystal Singing Bowls tuned to 432hz, Crystal Harp, Koshi Chimes, and Moon Gong.

Join us for a donations-only hot class as we practice yoga, promote awareness,and raise funds for a variety of very important causes in the community and beyond. 100 percent of your donation goes directly to chosen nonprofit organizations that work toward the health, education, and general well being of those in need in mind, body, and spirit.
In honor of Veteran's Day, we will be raising money for Comeback Yoga throughout the month of November. Comeback Yoga is a Denver-based 501(c)3 non-profit that delivers free yoga classes to help military personnel, their families and supporters develop resiliency in response to their life experience that may include post-traumatic stress. They envision a world where military service members and their families have the tools and support they need for healthy, resilient living before, during, and after their service, enhancing their own lives and the lives of those in the communities in which they live.
You can donate the day of the class or throughout the entire month in person or online!
This workshop will be a beginners guide to Ayurveda as defined by Dr Vasant Lad. In this workshop we will begin with gentle movement and breathwork, then we will break down what Ayurveda is, its history and how we can utilize it along side modern Western Medicine. You'll learn what elements you carry, known in Ayurveda as your 'dosha". We'll then work with your unique dosha and figure how you can utilize different foods, spices/herbs and daily habits to allow your body, mind and spirt to sync and work more like a power house.
Ayurveda is a medical science and it's purpose is to heal and to maintain the quality and longevity of life. It offers a profound understanding of each persons unique body, mind and consciousness. Ayurveda embraces all health care disciplines and weaves them into an integrated treatment plan for each individual.

This class is based on the 90 minute Hot 26&2 with each of the 26 postures done twice and 2 pranayamas (breathwork). Great for anyone wanting a second chance at every pose! This class is great for all levels, including beginners. Challenging at first, then addictively enjoyable, the heat and consistency of the poses will take you into a moving meditation while strengthening, detoxifying, and opening your entire body. The ritual of these poses is empowering for both the mind and the body.
We are elated to bring to Bliss our very own Women’s Circle! Women’s Circles offer a safe and gentle space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together and share. This 90 minute, once a month offering will be comprised of meditation, discussion, and movement, all designed to release stored emotions that easily get trapped in the body and in the mind. Consider this a time where you can put down all of the labels women carry and simply be. These will take place each month around the Full Moon.
