
This class is based on the 90 minute Hot 26&2 with each of the 26 postures done twice and 2 pranayamas (breathwork). Great for anyone wanting a second chance at every pose! This class is great for all levels, including beginners. Challenging at first, then addictively enjoyable, the heat and consistency of the poses will take you into a moving meditation while strengthening, detoxifying, and opening your entire body. The ritual of these poses is empowering for both the mind and the body.

Vibe and Vinyasa will be a high energy workshop that fuses yoga and dance with the atmosphere of a live DJ set. This 75 minute class will move through a dynamic vinyasa sequence, intentionally paired with music mixed in real time to match the pace and mood of the flow. Come ready to sweat, stretch, and sway in a class that's equal parts movement, music, and fun. No dance experience needed, just bring your mat, your energy, and your vibe.
We are elated to bring to Bliss our very own Women’s Circle! Women’s Circles offer a safe and gentle space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together and share. This 90 minute, once a month offering will be comprised of meditation, discussion, and movement, all designed to release stored emotions that easily get trapped in the body and in the mind. Consider this a time where you can put down all of the labels women carry and simply be. These will take place each month around the Full Moon.
This is a 3 part workshop, empowering Mind/Body/Spirit- to allow for a HOLISTIC approach to menopause. It will provide a place for women to share and normalize experiences, as well as hear evidence-based facts about menopause. This is not just information Googled online. The information is obtained through not only months of going over scientific publications, and books published by leading women doctor's- it is also presented by a Board Ceriftied Health Coach, AND yoga teacher. It also offers the place for women to see menopause through the place as not something to “fix, cure, get rid of, drop”, but instead to approach themselves with compassion and deep inner kindness; to breath and anchor into parts of deeper knowing, that goes beyond just the clinical or physical shift that is occurring. Why yoga is key to all this: is because it is a modality that addresses the physical, the hormonal and the spirit aspect - and is the salve, or therapy that truly can make a difference to the nervous system at this stage of a woman's life.
