Tell them the reason for your visit. From there, you may proceed into the garage. You will find parking in Aisles C, D, E, F or 1, 2, 3, 4. Once you have parked, you may take the staircase just outside the garage entrance or the elevator/staircase located in Aisle D. This will take you up to the main area of campus, the Town Square. From there, follow the walkway all the way back to building G on the right. The room G-106 is on the ground floor.

workshop, you can expect a light and fun
atmosphere with hands-on learning. It is designed for
families to learn useful tools and techniques that can help ease
labor, promote relaxation, build confidence and promote
labor progress.

ball to help promote progress in labor
Daily movement recommendations to
increase range of motion for labor
Please wear comfortable clothing.
You can bring something to take notes with if you’d like. You’ll
have the opportunity to practice what you learn and to ask
questions! This is an excellent workshop for families who
want a refresher, want more hands on
practice together and anyone who wants to feel
comfortable going into labor with a good set of tools in
their toolbag.
