In this session, we’re going to break down everything you need to know about the benefits available to you, including FMLA, CFRA, Bonding, PDL, SDI, and PFL. A lot of new moms settle for just 4 months off, but in California, most of us are eligible for up to 7 months of paid leave—and in some cases, even 12 months with pay! We’ll show you how to combine state, federal, and employer benefits, so you don’t leave any time or money on the table.

We’ll also go over the nitty-gritty of when and how to file your claims, what the eligibility requirements are, and how to calculate your benefits so you know exactly where you stand financially during your leave. Plus, we’ll make sure you know how to keep everything running smoothly so there are no surprises or delays.
