Sound Bath with Linnea

Join us for a peaceful and restorative sound bath at Breathe Salt Yoga guided by Linnea, a certified sound healer. In this sonic healing journey, your only job is to lay back, relax, and receive as you are immersed in healing frequencies, soothing sounds, and vibrations. 

Through the crystal singing bowls and various other instruments used, frequencies and vibrations are produced that assist in bringing a change to your body at a cellular and energetic level to assist with the body’s natural healing process. Our body shifts towards the parasympathetic nervous system, where we “rest and digest”, and our brains shift into non active brainwaves which promote deep states of healing. 

 

Sound healing aids in relaxing the nervous system and helps guide you towards inner peace, harmony, alignment, and overall well-being. Come home to your body, mind, and spirit during this serene journey. Make sure to bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for this peaceful session.

Vision Board intention setting workshop. Flow, meditate, and create your 2026 Vision Board. Hannah will guide you through a gentle 20 minute flow to get you into your body and then have you drop into a 10 minute meditation. After that you will have 90 minutes to work on your 2026 vision. You may create a physical or digital vision board. Supplies will be provided but please bring extra magazines if you have them.
