We take time with them to play, nurture, soothe and get silly with helping them to regulate which helps US to regulate. This class is trauma informed, safe for puppies and students and done with the utmost care for all. AND there are proven studies that just 10 minutes with a dog/pup can significantly impact your mood by reducing stress levels.
