Targeted Gentle Iyengar Yoga for the Neck & Shoulders is a 4-week course designed to support the ongoing health and wellbeing of your shoulders and neck. In a calm, supportive environment, you’ll learn an accessible Iyengar sequence, gently repeated and refined each week, to release tension, improve mobility, and build sustainable strength in this sensitive area. Through mindful alignment and careful use of support, the practice encourages ease, stability, and freedom of movement - helping you move through daily life with a lighter neck and more relaxed shoulders.

💭What to Expect:
👉Repetitive Sequence: We will work with a specific sequence of Iyengar Yoga poses targeting the neck and shoulders. This repetition allows for gradual progress, deeper understanding, and increased awareness of your body.
 
👉Precision: Expect attention to alignment and the use of props (like blocks, belts, and blankets) to support your practice and ensure safety. Iyengar yoga is known for its detailed instruction, making it accessible to all, regardless of flexibility or experience.
