A journey to healing trauma through movement. With a somatic experience processing through grief, grounding, and gentle embodiment.
Join us in a nurturing space where your body is invited to move, feel, release, and remember its wisdom.
Healing Trauma Through Movement is a gentle, trauma-informed class that blends somatic movement, mindfulness, and heart-led discussion to support the healing of grief and stored trauma in a safe and supportive environment. This class is not about how it looks—but how it feels. Through breath, intuitive movement, and nervous system regulation practices, we create space to reconnect with the body, soften emotional blocks, and restore a sense of safety and self-trust.
No movement or dance experience necessary. All identities, all
bodies, and all stories are welcome.

A Burlesque Journey of Embodied Storytelling
In my own life, each time I’ve made peace with a deeply personal story, I’ve felt a powerful urge to share it—not just with words, but through movement.
As a devoted student of sensual dance, I’ve discovered how Burlesque allows us to embody our stories, transforming personal experiences into a powerful, expressive art form.
Burlesque is more than costume
removal.
It’s a ritual. A reclamation. A way of “unlacing” ourselves from the stories we’ve
held onto for too long.
This workshop invites you to
explore your own forbidden art.
Bring with you:
Several costume pieces that can be removed
A symbolic object tied to your personal story—something charged
with meaning
Together, we’ll create in a
collaborative, supportive space. I’ll share a choreographed piece
from my own journey and guide you through:
Character development
Stocking and glove peels
Corset tricks
Positive affirmations
Tools and resources to evolve your costume and concept
Let’s bring your story out of the shadows and onto the stage—where it can be felt, witnessed, and honored.
Your truth is powerful.
Your story is art.
Your body is ready.
No experience necessary. Just a willingness to explore, release, and express.
