Jessica is a Reiki Master, yoga therapist and owner of Cedar Yoga.
As the longest night of the year embraces us, we gather to honor the Winter Solstice, a sacred time of stillness, reflection, and renewal. The darkness invites us inward to rest, release, and trust the quiet magic of transformation unfolding within.
Through Kundalini Yoga, we awaken the inner light, clearing space for new energy and intention. With breath, mantra, and movement, we let go of what no longer serves us and open to the light returning.
The practice will include a Sound Bath experience to help calm the nervous system and deepen relaxation, allowing you to integrate the energy and awaken refreshed and renewed.

excursion.
With 6 days of practice and 3 evening sessions, your practice will
be nurtured and cared for by the loving and experienced teachings
of Jessica. Jessica offers hands on help, accessible verbal cuing
and is known for her ability to help students find the ideal
version of poses to balance their individual needs.

Level 2 Reiki practice involves exploring the energetic planes of our consciousness, where our experiences are stored. At this level, Reiki intention and skills are developed to touch the deeper layers in the body where stagnant energy causes pain and chaos. Level 2 attunes healing to travel into wounds of the past, and set up future experiences with love and peacefulness. It also teaches distance Reiki, to send this healing power remotely to any loved one at any time!
Join us for a Reiki Level 2 attunement, study and practice deeper understanding of Reiki with one another, and learn how this level 2 can expand your service!
Reiki Level 1 attunement necessary to praticipate
