In this 90-minute special class, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves you and gently orient toward the year ahead. Through long-held restorative yoga postures and therapeutic touch, you’ll be guided into deep rest while receiving hands-on massage designed to ease tension, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of grounded clarity.
This practice is not about fixing or striving — it’s about creating the conditions for intention to arise naturally. As your body softens and your breath deepens, the mind has space to settle, allowing insight, direction, and renewal to emerge without force.
Subtly chosen essential oils will be used to support relaxation, focus, and a sense of fresh beginning throughout the experience.
