In addition to what you eat, super healthy strategies also include information on planning meals, grocery shopping, sharing meals with others and incorporating physical activity into your life.
You will learn how to make small, achievable lifestyle changes that leave you feeling positive and inspired!

Nourish programs are routinely updated to incorporate new scientific knowledge, and the education is complemented with hands-on demonstrations and food samplings. This program is designed by Wellspring.
This program takes place over the course of 2 weeks. Please ensure you are registered for BOTH sessions. Commitment to attend both sessions required.
This program is free for those affected by cancer and their caregivers, thanks to the generosity of our donors. Participants must be aged 18 or above to take part in this program.
