Immerse yourself in the ancient art of sacred drumming. This introductory workshop invites you to explore the transformative effects of rhythm on Mind, Body, and Spirit. Through guided drumming meditations and exercises, you'll experience the power of music as medicine, fostering deep relaxation, stress reduction, and spiritual connection. No drumming experience necessary. Open your heart to the healing vibrations of the drum.

Each particiant will receive their own sacred healing buffalo drum (16") to perform drum massage healing.

Prerequisite: Reiki 1 (or above) certified by Siuking. (No drumming experience necessary).
