A Spring Equinox Workshop Exploring the Koshas
Join Caroline and Lindsay for a special Spring Equinox workshop exploring one of yoga’s most profound teachings: the Koshas, the five layers of the self.
According to yogic philosophy, our true nature is blissful, expansive, and whole. But along the way, we accumulate layers of conditioning, stress, and identity that can obscure that truth.
The koshas offer us a map for understanding these layers and a pathway for reconnecting with the deepest part of ourselves.
Just as the spring equinox marks a season of renewal and growth, this workshop invites you to gently shed what no longer serves and reconnect with the bliss that already lives within you.
Through a blend of philosophy, discussion, breathwork, reflection, and light movement, we will explore the five koshas and experience practices that help us move inward through these layers.
This workshop will include:
• A guided exploration of the five koshas in yogic
philosophy
• Group discussion to reflect on how these layers show up in our
lives
• Pranayama and gentle movement to connect with the energetic
body
• Journaling and self-reflection practices
• Mantra and integration
