
Immerse yourself in the art of holding space, deep relaxation, and restorative healing. This 25-hour teacher training focuses on the principles and practices of restorative yoga, with an emphasis on nervous system regulation, breath work, and the gentle power of stillness.
You’ll learn how to design and teach restorative classes that support students in releasing tension, calming the mind, and activating the body’s natural ability to heal. Through hands-on practice, thoughtful discussion, and personal reflection, you'll develop the tools to confidently guide others into deep rest.

We’ll explore new layers of energy anatomy—from the five vayus (winds of life force), to the koshas (layers of being), to the radiance of the heart and voice. Each evening includes movement, breathwork, reflection, and rest.
