Throughout this special workshop you will be bathed in sound
healing, have your chakras balanced with intuitive Reiki, and
cleanse all stagnant energy with a delicious face and scalp
massage. Each month we will focus on a new chakra!
Crystal Cejka is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and
sound healer. During your session Crystal will offer reiki infused
Sound Healing using a combination of tuning forks, wave drum, and
Smokey quartz crystal singing bowls. Each singing bowl is tuned to
a different chakra, helping to harmonize and relax your mind and
body, reducing stress, and aligning with your highest self.
While being bathed, transcended, and balanced with Reiki-infused
sound healing; Ashley Lepak, a Kripalu Trained Yoga Instructor,
Licensed Massage therapist, and Reiki Practitioner, will guide you
through breath work and meditation to help you focus on balancing
and cleansing the focused chakra of the month.
After gently warming up the spine, you will be put into a restorative resting pose where Ashley will balance your chakra using intuitive and hands on reiki. Once the designated chakra has been cleared out and balanced, using hands-on Reiki she will cleanse all stale and stagnant energy by massaging your face and scalp.

grounded, balanced, free, restored and aligned with your higher
Self.

Buti is an intuitive somatic movement practice connecting the
physical to the subtle body. A music driven soulful blend of cardio
dance, vinyasa and tribal movement. We connect to ourselves and
each other. We spiral and shake to release stored trauma in the
physical body while awakening what is hidden beneath. It’s time to
let go and release what no longer serves us.
In a typical Buti class you'll have a mix of HIIT-styled moves,
yoga flow, core strengthening and stabilizing, intentional shaking,
and primal movements to release stored tension, emotions and
traumas.

Join Christian Correia-Covert for a transformative two part Kundalini Mantra workshop. This immersive workshop will guide you on a journey through each of the seven chakras, from the root to the crown, using powerful and intentional mantras and movement to align, empower, and balance your body, mind, and spirit. On Saturday, we will journey through the root, sacral, solar plexus, and heart chakras. On Sunday, we begin at the heart, and journey through the throat, third eye, and end at the crown chakra. This class is taught using a trauma-informed approach and is for all bodies and experience levels.

As the name suggests, floor barre uses the same principles of a traditional standing barre class, but
everything is done either lying or sitting on your mat. This is a low-impact, full body workout that
allows participants to engage in gentle movements to help strengthen the pelvic floor, abdominal
wall, back, and glutes, while focusing on proper
breath work to ease tension and melt away stress.
