Bring the whole family for a fun and playful Aerial Yoga experience! This special class invites parents and kids to connect, laugh, and move together while exploring the magic of the aerial hammock.
You’ll learn beginner-friendly poses, simple partner stretches, and mindful techniques you can take home with you. No experience is needed — just a willingness to play and share some upside-down smiles!
Recommended for children ages 4 and up. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early.
Linger ~ Winter Wonder
Yin yoga, unhurried. Just the pose and the pause.
Two hours of floor-based postures and quiet presence to attune to
the quiet hush where winter begins. A gentle reset for your nervous
system, fascia, and spirit.
Step in, drop in, and linger.
A slow, spacious practice… no extras, just time to soften, breathe,
