Ready to unlock your flexibility and take your practice to the next level? Join Kat for this inspiring 90-minute (heated) workshop designed to help you safely and confidently explore your splits 💫

You’ll start with a simple, easy-to-understand overview of the anatomy behind the pose, helping you really connect to what’s happening in your body. From there, Kat will guide you through targeted drills to activate the key muscle groups needed for strength, stability, and deeper mobility.

You’ll then flow through a short, energising yoga sequence to warm the body, before moving into the fun part… exploring your splits in a supportive, encouraging environment 🤍

We’ll finish with a calming relaxation to release into the hips and leave you feeling open, grounded, and accomplished.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you’re just starting your flexibility journey or looking to deepen your practice.
