In this Yoga Alliance Accredited course, you'll learn how to modify and enhance the yoga class through the use of a chair.
Suitable for yoga teachers and caregivers, you'll leave with a thorough understanding of how the chair can be used as a prop to support students with injuries, mobility difficulties, joint replacement, office workers and even kids in school!
In addition to our comprehensive manual, you’ll also get access to virtual recordings of the class and videos of all our lectures in the online classroom following our session.
Complete 1 lesson with a student after the course and get 16 CEU credits with Yoga Alliance of America.
** This module may be used as an elective in our 300-hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training
The energy centers of the body are stimulated by our senses and the things we come into contact with everyday. These centers or Chakras can become Blocked or overstimulated which can lead to health issues. Understanding our own energetic body can offer new insight on how and why we feel as we do.
This workshop explores basic awareness of the Chakras through color theory, essential oils, and individual testing to expand personal awareness and includes a chair yoga session designed to clear & balance the Chakra system.
Create a small living altar for your home.
In this month’s Creatively Embodied Workshop, we’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to ground the nervous system and connect with the natural rhythm of spring—a time of renewal, growth, and fresh intention.
From this centered place, you’ll create your own Crystal Intention Terrarium: a layered miniature garden combining earth, plants, and crystals to represent the intentions you wish to nurture in the months ahead.
Terrariums symbolize the delicate balance between environment, care, and growth—much like our own inner landscapes.
You’ll learn how to layer soil and sand, incorporate crystals and natural elements, and design a beautiful living piece to keep in your home as a reminder of the seeds you are planting this season.
No artistic experience is needed.
No yoga practice, just mindfulness and creativity.
Come ready to slow down, create, and reconnect.
Participants receive:
- tea & snacks during the event
- their finished terrarium
- printed instructions
- journaling prompts to continue their growth

Through music, simple prompts, and optional sharing, you’ll be guided to move in ways that feel natural, loosen what’s been building, and reconnect with your own rhythm—without pressure to perform or keep up.
This is a grounded, welcoming space for women of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re comfortable in your body or feel disconnected from it, you are welcome here.
No dance or yoga experience needed.
Come as you are. Leave with a little more space to breathe, move, and be.
Includes cacao, movement, and intuitive dance -
guided by music and affirmations that support expression,
release, and connection.
This is a space to feel and move freely, and to take up space in a
grounded, supportive environment.

A Blue Moon is a rare lunar event, traditionally symbolizing reflection, heightened awareness, and meaningful pause. Often associated with the phrase “once in a blue moon,” this moon reminds us to slow down, take stock, and honor moments that don’t come around often.
Join us for a deeply grounding outdoor full moon yoga practice followed by an immersive sound bath featuring the gong, allowing vibrations to wash through the body and gently reset the nervous system. This evening practice will emphasize stillness, breath, and long-held shapes designed to help you release excess mental noise and reconnect with what truly matters.
💙 May’s Special Offering:
To honor the rarity of the Blue Moon, we'll be practicing with
live accompaniment by Luke Andrews and each
participant will receive a moon-inspired take-home gift, intentionally chosen
to support reflection and continued practice beyond the evening.
We’ll also close with a guided moment of intention and listening, inviting
insight, clarity, and quiet integration.
Afterward, you’re invited inside for warm tea and light seasonal snacks, creating space to ground, connect, and savor the experience.
Each full moon gathering at Embodied Health is intentionally unique—guided by the energy of the moon and season—making every month a one-of-a-kind experience.
All levels
welcome.
Space is limited.
🌕 Not everything is meant to happen often. Some moments are meant to be remembered. 💙
