Empire Wrestling Academy is hosting an exclusive semi-private wrestling clinic led by Sean Degl and Mason Ellis of Penn State Wrestling. This focused session will run from 11:00–12:30 and is designed to give athletes high-level instruction, detailed technique breakdowns, and personalized coaching in a small-group setting.
