Empire Wrestling Academy is excited to host an All-Girls Wrestling Clinic coached by the Empire staff at Somers Sports Arena. This clinic will take place on Sunday, December 28th from 12:00–1:30 PM and is open to girls of all ages and skill levels.

Athletes will focus on fundamental techniques, skill development, and confidence-building in a supportive and empowering training environment. Whether you’re new to wrestling or looking to sharpen your skills, this clinic is a great opportunity to learn, train, and grow alongside other female wrestlers.
