The autumn equinox marks the equal length of day and night, the balance of light and dark, preparing us for the winter ahead. As the Earth begins to turn inward, so too are we called to slow down, ground ourselves, and gather the lessons of the past season. In this 90-minute ceremony, we will ground into the energy of the season with a Root Chakra-balancing yoga practice, surrender into deep rest with a gratitude-focused Yoga Nidra, and close with a healing sound bath to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. This is a time to harvest wisdom, release what no longer serves, and root deeply into your truth. This is an all-levels, all-abilities offering, no previous experience necessary.
