An immersive journey into touch, soundbathing, and sacred connection. Join Sahej for this two-hour workshop where you’ll be guided to move, breathe, and listen with awareness; melting tension, awakening playfulness, and deepening emotional connection.
This is not a sexualized experience; it is a grounded, embodied exploration of intimacy, awareness, and connection through sensation, presence, and trust.
Participants will be guided through a series of sensory and embodiment rituals designed to build safety in the body, deepen self-connection, and cultivate trust and awareness in shared space. Practices include gentle self-touch, sensory awareness using textures like water and velvet, and guided rituals that explore touch as a form of communication and presence.
In partnered exercises, participants will engage in consent-based, guided touch practices, where boundaries, trust, and choice are clearly established. All interactions are slow, intentional, and led through verbal guidance, with clear agreements around consent, safety, and respect.
You may attend with a partner or come on your own and be paired respectfully.
Expect:
-
Sensory practices with water and velvet
-
Embodiment rituals for safety and self-connection
-
A calm, respectful, and supportive environment
- Soul-soothing sound healing journey
This workshop is about presence, awareness, and conscious connection with yourself and with others.
This event will be a full body immersive experience in which participants are awash in sound vibrations produced mainly by the gongs. The gongs are powerful vibrational beings that have a profound effect within the fields of the mind and body and open up space within our bodies. The vibrations penetrate the subtle body to release blockages that we may be holding onto allowing the frequencies to activate dormant energies in the body. This will be a deep healing session for the mind, body and soul.
Sound is one of the most ancient forms of healing that human beings have used and explored over the millenniums. Across all cultures there is reference to the power of sound to transform, transmute and heal.
* Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle and anything else to create a comfortable space for yourself.
