Qi Gong (pronounced “chee gong”) is an ancient practice centering on harnessing and cultivating life energy or “chi.” Slow movements and exercises combine with breath practices to support the flow of energy within the body, mind, and spirit. Benefits include stress reduction, enhanced immune functioning and blood circulation, emotional regulation, and depper connections inside and out.
Marisa is a Trauma-Informed Yoga and Qi Gong instructor; Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer; Holistic Health Coach; Sacred Medicine Practitioner and Integration Specialist. Her mission is to shine a light guiding people towards healthier, happier, and more fulfilled lives and promote healing for people and the planet.

Join Essential Yoga Studio at Gooseberry Bridge Farm in Rogersville, MO for Yoga on the Farm on Friday evening, July 25 from 7-830p.
Gooseberry Bridge Farm is home to the best little farm & homesteading family who raise piglets, goat kids, baby rabbits, lambs, calves, and more and grow FIELDS of gorgeous flowers for bouquets and wreaths.
At Yoga on the Farm, we'll spend 45 minutes yoga-ing in the sunshine of the flower field before cuddling up to baby animals in the farmyard OR picking U-Pick flowers in the flower field for the remainder of our time. $30 covers both yoga and one activity of your choice.
Interested in adding the other activity - baby animal cuddles OR flower picking? Pay Gooseberry Bridge an extra $15 and they'll take care of you when you get there!
