This class is free for all ages, geared towards the young and young at heart.
Join us for a magical, playful, and nurturing class where parents and children have the space and opportunity to observe and learn from each other. Family Yoga incorporates mindfulness techniques and blends a variety of yoga poses into music, stories, community, and games. Participants experience quality, joy-filled family time, while kids can “show off” what they already know and can do in yoga classes. Parents get an idea of how to practice fun yoga and calming strategies together with their kids on the mat and at home.
Approach the class with an open mind and a willingness to explore the joy of movement and build connection and community. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class. Mats, blocks, blankets, and other props will be provided. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

It is a great idea to sign up at least the day before our Special Events at Evolve. Although, if booking is still open on our site, please feel free to sign up and come enjoy these wonderful experiences.
Families can arrive early and enjoy a delicious snack at Evolve's Rainbow Kitchen Cafe. You can also preorder a snack before Family Yoga and enjoy it together after yoga class.
