This camp is for any current student (White belt with one stripe & up) to “catch up” on their current curriculum level and earn a stripe.
Students will have a chance to fine-tune existing techniques and work on the skills they need to earn their next belt.
If you are a new student with less than 2 months of training, the New Student Quickstart will be a better option for you to participate in.
This 3-hour quickstart is an introduction to FDKM's Youth Krav Maga program for new students to get a head start on their training for the new year.
Brand new students or current students with their White Belt (no stripes or one stripe) will learn the fundamentals of Krav Maga self defense, basic boundary setting skills, and how to be a good training parter.
The goal is to set them up for success in FDKM's Youth Krav Maga program. Students can earn their White Belt and first or second stripe when successfully completing the Quickstart.
New students must be 7 years old or older to participate. For children 5 & 6 years old, please consider our Kids Krav Concepts class starting January 6th.
Our next Introduction to Krav Maga self-defense course will begin on Tuesday, May 6 and run every Tuesday & Thursday through May 29.
This course is for beginners wanting to try out Krav Maga for the first time or for newer students who want some extra details and training time. The Introduction Course has been a staple of FDKM for the last 15 years & it only improves with age!
