Join Maygen for a lighthearted and grounding evening of connection and care. Come as you are—wear your comfiest PJs and bring a blanket (optional)—as we gather for journaling, breathwork, gentle socializing, and a 45-minute Yin yoga sequence designed to help you rest and reflect.

This event is about building community, creating connection, and carving out time for personal growth. Inspired by the idea of traditional “girls’ nights,” this evening is for those who resonate with and identify with that energy. Come connect, unwind, and just be.

Please bring a yoga mat and a journal.

Join us for this 75-minute Flow class as we honor indigenous people and land. For many indigenous people this is a day of mourning the loss of their people and culture. Let’s express our allyship by taking the time to remember, honor and listen to Indigenous voices. We will join in Gratitude together in our Thanksgiving Yoga flow practice, prepared to enjoy the day with family and friends.

Donation basis: recommended $20 cash or check donation per person, please bring it with you and donate directly to our special guests. Flux Yoga will donate an additional $200 to the very special guests
