Reiki is a natural healing therapy that helps to harmonize and
balance the person’s energetic body. This allows the release of
stress, and promotes deep relaxation. Healing can occur on all
planes including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
The process of energy balance occurs by the practitioner placing
the hands close to or gently on the body, focusing on the areas of
“chakras,” or major energetic centers. The practitioner will clean
the recipients “aura” or energetic body, and restore the aura to
balance and purity, thus allowing the person who is receiving to
live as his or her most authentic self.
Sound is vibration, and affects the body in many different ways.
Every pore on the body has a vibratory ear that can soak in the
waves of sound in order to truly integrate the healing on a deep
and continuous level. When the gong, crystal bowls, harmonium and
other healing instruments are played, the entire body of an
individual can truly bathe in the sound and absorb deep relaxation
to the fullest.
Children today are overstimulated, emotionally overwhelmed, and constantly absorbing more than their nervous systems can process.
And most adults don’t actually have the tools to help them regulate.
This training changes that.
In this immersive one-day experience, you’ll learn how to use crystal sound bowls and age-appropriate yoga techniques to help children:

Conscious Birth Journey is a 4-week series for expectant mothers who want to prepare for labor and birth with more confidence, awareness, and trust in their body.
Birth is not only physical. The way you breathe, think, respond to intensity, and trust your body shapes the entire experience.
This 4-week series blends childbirth and labor education with Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, a Kundalini-based practice known for helping mothers feel mentally, physically, and spiritually supported through pregnancy and birth. Through guided movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and practical birth preparation, you’ll learn how to approach labor with greater awareness, steadiness, and confidence.
Each class is designed to help you:
- prepare your body for labor
- actively understand how to work with breath and intensity
- reduce fear and negative programming
- build trust in your instincts
- feel more connected to your baby and your birth process
