Each week, we’ll come together for a gentle, trauma-informed yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, ease anxious thoughts, and support emotional well-being.
Paired with guided reflection, supportive group discussions, and take-home practices, this series offers practical skills to help reduce stress, lift mood, and create lasting resilience.
 
You’ll learn how to:
 
*Connect more deeply with what matters most to you
 
*Accept life’s challenges with compassion and flexibility
 
*Release patterns of self-criticism and beliefs that feed anxiety or depression
 
*Build daily practices that foster peace, presence, and joy
 
Whether you’re looking to find relief from anxiety or depression, or simply want to live with more clarity and intention, this group provides a supportive community where movement, mindfulness, and evidence-based strategies combine to help you step into the life you want to create.

$399 Per Person (payment options available)

Payment Options:

Participants may split the registration fee into up to 4 payments. First (deposit) payment is due at the time of registration with the remainder of the balance due by the series end (select the payment plan option at registration). Deposit & subsequent payments are non-refundable, even if you do not finish or choose not to attend the series. By selecting a payment plan option you are granting permission for your card on file to be charged according to the payment plan you choose, and the terms identified here. You agree and understand that you owe the full registration fee to be paid in full by the series end date, regardless of the number of meetings you attend.
