Led by our warm and welcoming instructors, these 1 hour practices are open to all ages and experience levels. Whether you're new to yoga or a lifelong student, you'll feel right at home.
So, grab your friends, your family, your significant other...even your four-legged side-kick (on a leash, of course) and meet us at Jefferson Park in Salt Lake City every Sunday in June and July from 8:00-9:00 AM.
We will have a limited number of mats and blocks to borrow on a first-come, first-serve basis. We appreciate anyone with their own supplies to please come prepared with them. In case of inclement weather, we will move class indoors to the yoga studio at Full Circle Yoga & Therapy at 1719 S. Main in SLC.

Rediscover connection, find resources, and experience a supportive path to navigating chronic pain and illness.
This group combines the strength of shared experiences with practical approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and therapeutic yoga techniques. Each session includes gentle movement, interactive discussions, and take-home strategies for enhancing your well-being. Light refreshments and snacks to enjoy together will also be provided.
This is an accessible and welcoming group that is open to all adults living with chronic illness and/or chronic pain. Absolutely no prior yoga or mindfulness experience is needed. All movement practices are structured so that anyone can participate in ways that are best supportive for themself in the present moment.

Steve Jones is a Licensed Clinical Social Workers who lives with chronic illness and chronic back pain. He works regularly with individuals navigating the extra life hurdles that come with managing and thriving with chronic conditions.
