Join Lila Martel for a transformative yoga workshop designed to deepen your understanding and practice. Building on the concepts introduced in level one, this session will focus on the following key aspects:
1) Functional engagement of the core and pelvic floor muscles for health and stability.
We’ll apply these principles to familiar yoga, postures empowering you to incorporate this knowledge into your regular practice.
2) Releasing deep abdominal tension.
Discovered techniques to release deep abdominal tension in order to connect with the muscles of the pelvic floor and deep core. This work will help you maintain the subtleness, vitality and flexibility of these essential muscles.
3) Uddiyana Bandha.
Bring it all together by integrating the workshop concept and skills as we explore and practice Uddiyana Bandha, a powerful technique to elevate your practice.
 
This workshop is for women.
Prerequisite: Core and Pelvic Floor workshop by Lila Martel (Level 1).
