Building on the fundamentals from Level 1, you’ll learn to
integrate pelvic floor and core awareness into movement, breath,
and alignment.
Together we’ll explore:

How to activate and stabilize the core throughout yoga postures.

Techniques to refine balance, posture, and strength from the inside out.

Gentle yet powerful sequences to cultivate fluidity, suppleness and resilience.
 
Strengthen your center, expand your awareness, and experience a more grounded, confident practice—on and off the mat.
 Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and inner stillness as we gather by candlelight for a gentle restorative yoga and sound experience. Surrounded by soft light and a peaceful atmosphere, this class invites you to unwind, release tension and reconnect.
You’ll be supported in soothing postures that calm the nervous system and allow the body to rest. As you relax, you’ll be bathed in the healing sounds of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and other sound instruments that guide you toward tranquility.
At the end of class, everyone will be invited to take home an item from the altar to carry the peaceful energy from the evening with them.
No yoga experience is needed. Come as you are and allow yourself to be held in stillness and sound.

Join us for an afternoon of movement and words designed to open both body and imagination.
This workshop is for anyone feeling the pull to explore their own stories, to put words on the page, and to discover how to get started. Whether you are new to writing or have been writing for years, you will find space here to open up to your voice. We will be writing together in class and sharing work in a supportive environment that values truth, risk, and creativity.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of gentle, grounding yoga led by Fuller Yoga's founder, Lauren Fuller 500 RYT, whose teaching experience spans more than three decades in the Greater Hartford area. Her class will invite participants into presence and ease, helping release tension and awaken the body.
After a short break, Anne Falkowski, 500 RYT — writer, teacher, and founder and former owner of Samadhi Yoga Studio in Manchester — will guide a generative writing workshop: Writing the Body – Stories That Start from Within.
Together, Lauren and Anne bring over 60 years of combined
teaching experience in yoga, writing, and community spaces. This
special collaboration offers an opportunity to reconnect with your
body and your creative spirit in a supportive, inspiring
environment.
