As the seasons shift and the days grow shorter, autumn invites us to slow down, release what no longer serves us and restore balance within. Join Melissa for a deeply nourishing restorative yoga practice paired with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and gentle sound instruments.
This special gathering is designed to calm the nervous system, soften tension in the body and create space for inner stillness. Supported postures, breathwork and sound healing will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, helping you reset and realign for the season ahead. At the end of our practice, everyone will be invited to take a meaningful item from the altar as a reminder of the experience
Whether you’re seeking rest, reflection or renewal, this autumn workshop will leave you feeling grounded, spacious and restored.
Spaces are limited, reserve your spot and give yourself the gift of self-care.
