Adults & Children in our older age group can now practice & fly together! There are only 16 swings & everyone has their own swing, which mean only 8 parent/child teams will be able to attend- please sign up asap:)

Meditation Series - 4 Weeks Week 1 & 2 (30 minutes) Week 3 & 4 (45 Minutes)
Demystify Meditation - Myths, Methods and Tools
After reviewing some of the common myths about meditation and setting reasonable expectations, clients will be prepared to begin or deepen their journey with meditation. Stephanie will introduce new methods and tools weekly through instruction and guided meditation followed by a period of silent mediation and then a Q + A Session. Allow her to help you find extra sweetness in the experience of life through meditation. Classes will include breathwork (Pranayama), Visualization (Bhāvana), Mantra, Mudra and more! Stephanie will also share some of her favorite resources for deepening your meditation practice beyond this series.

Aerial rope is a dynamic, beautiful apparatus that combines strength and grace. In this workshop you will learn introductory rope skills like climbs, balances, and splits in a small group setting. This is an intermediate apparatus. Students are required to have taken at least 1 aerial silks class and be able to complete 2 climbs in a row. Please wear pants that cover your entire legs and bring a pair of socks.
