To advance to one of our Circus classes, a minimum of 1 aerial yoga class is required, 2-3 are recommended.
Step 2: Silk Hammock – Intro
In this class, you'll be introduced to circus-style hammocks—longer, stretchier silks rigged from a single point. You'll explore foundational movements, aerial terminology, dynamic poses, and transitions, all while improving strength and flexibility in a fun, supportive environment.
Recommended Minimum
Attendance:
Take this series, and/or Silk Hammock Intro/L1, at least 5
times before progressing, or receive instructor approval
to advance.
Prerequisites:
At least 1 Aerial Yoga class is required;
2–3 classes are strongly recommended to build
comfort and body awareness in the air.
Welcome to our Intro to Hooping workshop! In this workshop we’ll explore the hula hoop as a dance prop. Learning basics of on body movements in part one, followed by off body concepts and tricks in part two. This two part workshop is fabulous for beginners and all levels alike, guiding participants into a deeper understanding of the hoop, how to maneuver it as a prop, learning various skills like identifying points of contact, spatial awareness, learning different patterns and pathways, and more.

Two weeks of kids camp this summer to choose from woohoo!

Week 8/18-8/22 - 9am-3pm each day- Ages 7-13
Cost and Registration:
For 5 days, your kids will be immersed in circus arts, mat yoga and other modalities of fitness and wellness.

- We will have 2 crafts throughout the week

- We will spend an hour a day at the park
- End of session performance for family
Your child will not only have loads of fun, but our camp instills your children to:

At the end of camp, we hold a student showcase where your kids will show off the skills they learned during the week!
Campers bring their own lunch.

Over the course of this 4 week series, we will gain understanding of various flow art concepts and explore these concepts through embodiment, creativity, and collaboration. We’ll create a library of movements to synchronize into a choreographed dance sequence by week 4.
Participants are highly encouraged to dress up in fairy attire and to have fun! This is a chance to embody the mystical magic of the fairy realm, while learning new skills, connecting with your inner child and other fairies alike! Come let your imagination flow at our Fan Flow Friday 4 week series!
