Thai Yoga Partner Workshop
$40 per person ($80/couple) - please have BOTH partners register and pay individually
Bring a friend, yoga partner, or significant other and learn Thai yoga and assisted stretching techniques that promote peaceful connection, compassion, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga and Thai massage.
Thai Yoga Bodywork shares an ancient lineage with yoga and Ayurveda, with influences from Chinese medicine and other traditional healing modalities. The treatment is given over comfortable clothing while the recipient relaxes on a floor mat.
You will learn Thai Yoga bodywork techniques through observation, demonstration, and practice. Once learned, you can practice these techniques again and again with anyone.
Wear clothing you can move comfortably in. This workshop is appropriate for any level of knowledge or experience. Some yoga experience is helpful but is not necessary.
We have blankets and bolsters, but feel free to bring any of your own items for comfort.
Reg Hunter is certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork & Stretch, and he wants to pass his knowledge on to you.

Experience deep relaxation and healing in our restorative yoga workshop infused with the transformative energy of Reiki healing.
You will be guided through a restorative yoga practice using bolsters, blankets and other props. Poses will be held for 5-10 mins, encouraging physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
Tina and Larissa, Reiki practitioners, will channel healing energy and help bring your energy system into balance.
Reiki energy can aid in releasing emotional, mental and physical stress. It may help with conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and pain. It is known to be mood boosting. Offering both hands-on and off healing, Reiki will enhance the effects of the restorative practice.
You will arrive with the option of having Tina perform a sage-infused energy cleanse before entering, and then you'll be 'cleansed' again with Palo Santo (to encourage positivity) during Savasana. **Please let Tina know if you'd prefer to opt out of this offering.
This practice is suitable for complete beginners and for seasoned yogis who are looking for a complete release for the body and mind.
