Head's Up! More road/median work is underway at the corner of Shallowford Rd. and Johnson Ferry Rd. and there are lane closures that will slow down your commute. This is a common route for those from Canton, Woodstock and Roswell. You know we hate to lock anyone out, and we'll try to give as much grace as possible during this development. Reiki & Restore Workshop

Experience deep relaxation and healing in our restorative yoga workshop infused with the transformative energy of Reiki healing.

 

You will be guided through a restorative yoga practice using bolsters, blankets and other props. Poses will be held for 5-10 mins, encouraging physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

Tina and Larissa, Reiki practitioners, will channel healing energy and help bring your energy system into balance.

Reiki energy can aid in releasing emotional, mental and physical stress. It may help with conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and pain. It is known to be mood boosting. Offering both hands-on and off healing, Reiki will enhance the effects of the restorative practice.

You will arrive with the option of having Tina perform a sage-infused energy cleanse before entering, and then you'll be 'cleansed' again with Palo Santo (to encourage positivity) during Savasana. **Please let Tina know if you'd prefer to opt out of this offering.

 

This practice is suitable for complete beginners and for seasoned yogis who are looking for a complete release for the body and mind.

During this approachable 60-minute workshop, you will learn:
1) how to create your own daily breathing practice using the 3 breathing categories
2) a specific breath technique from each breathing category
3) specific techniques for breathing during the different yoga practices
 
No experience of any kind is needed.

This workshop will take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
