
This workshop combines nervous system education with yoga and take-away strategies and resources to navigate stress in all of its shapes and forms. Participants will learn about themselves by exploring how their vagus nerve and sensory systems work together to promote healing, as well as movement for all levels.

Have you or your child recently graduated from high school? Gearing up to navigate college, work or independent travel and living? This class is for you! This class focuses on practical tools and strategies to implement during this time of transition through reflection and community. Participants will work through guided journaling to identify strategies they already know and use, as well as brainstorm and plan for unexpected changes. Light refreshments provided.

Our Beginner Yoga Summer Series is designed to help you build (or rebuild) your foundation with confidence. Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this 3-part series offers a supportive, small-group setting where you can slow down, learn proper alignment, and move with intention.

Ages 4-7:
Kids will learn all about their
incredible microbiome and how to feed their good “gut bugs”. We’ll
make a craft together and feed our good gut-bugs with a healthy
snack.
Ages 8-12:
Kids will have fun with a fruit and veggie activity, learning all
about what makes fruits and veggies so important and powerful in
our bodies. They
will fill out brackets and find out which fruit or veggie wins the
ultimate taste test.
All ages: We’ll spend some time
quieting our minds and moving our bodies with yoga and breath
techniques.
