Yoga for Runners
Happily Ever Yoga has partnered with Fleet Feet and Queen City Running Clubs to offer Yoga for Runners, a slightly heated class designed specifically to compliment your running routine and race training.
Whether you’re training for the Flying Pig Marathon or simply looking to improve your performance, this class focuses on flexibility, balance, strength, and recovery to help prevent injuries, build stamina, and improve mental focus—so you can cross the finish line feeling strong.

Join Michelle for our very first Flow & Fuel Workshop, a special collaboration between Root & Bloom Nutrition and Happily Ever Yoga.
We’ll begin the evening with a 45-minute mindful yoga flow designed to gently get our blood moving, build warmth in the body, and bring awareness inward. Through breath and movement, we’ll connect with our bodies, settle into the present moment, and set the tone for a nourishing and intentional evening.
After our practice, we’ll transition mindfulness off the mat and into our relationship with food. Michelle, a Registered Dietitian and yoga instructor, will guide a nutrition workshop focused on mindful eating and fueling both body and mind.
During this experience, we’ll enjoy a thoughtfully prepared tasting menu while discussing the health benefits and functional properties of the foods we’re eating, along with practical strategies for balanced nutrition and sustainable fueling habits.

Join us for 90 minutes of deep relaxation and restoration at HEY - Happily Ever Yoga.
Begin with 45 minutes of Yin & Restorative Yoga, guided by Lindsey, to gently open the body and calm the mind. During this time, our in-house Reiki master, Tasha, will provide hands-on energy healing to support emotional balance and refresh your energy.
The experience ends with a 45-minute sound journey, where the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments will wash over you. These soothing sounds help clear energetic blockages, deepen relaxation, and guide you into a meditative state.
