Join us for our monthly sound bath offering deep vibrational soundscapes to help fully relax the body, open the mind, and restore the spirit.
In this series, we will explore the Katonah Yoga lens, deepen skill, integrate breath and body, link metaphor & alignment, and culminate with personal insight and integration. Expect to learn more about your body through the repeating process of 1) stability, 2) capacity, and 3) vision. Each session will include physical asana, Katonah theory, and pranayama (breath work). The practice is a communal practice where everyone is supported by the group through a sometimes difficult-to-stay-in asana practice that also supports the development of your tenacity.
1: Introduction — The Katonah Lens: Body, Breath & Metaphor
2: Magic Square: Orienting the Inner Map
3: Structural Alignment, Geometry & the Body as the Home

Join Erica for a Baby & Me class for infants-through crawlers , and their care-givers. Class will focus on strengthening and energizing the body, while giving both caregivers (and babies!) time to deeply relax. Poses that help to strengthen core muscles, tone the back and pelvic floor, and release shoulder and chest tension will be incorporated throughout the class, as well as evidence-based mindfulness techniques to manage and reduce stress. Dialog is encouraged so that participants can build community and offer support to one another; sharing wisdom about the physical and emotional joys and challenges of being a new parent. Babies can be fed or changed throughout class and hands-on support will be offered so that caregivers can receive a full and nourishing practice while their babies are cared for and engaged.
Curious about yoga but not quite ready to dive into a group class? This welcoming workshop series is designed to help brand-new students feel comfortable, confident, and supported as they begin their yoga journey.
Yoga is for every body. No matter your age, shape, or experience level—including those recovering from injury—you’ll find a place here. Over six weeks, we’ll gently explore the foundations of a hatha yoga practice, including:
-
Sun Salutations
-
Twists & balance poses
-
Standing strength postures
-
Forward folds & gentle backbends
You’ll learn how to adapt each posture to your unique body using props, alignment tips, and simple techniques that bring both energy and ease. We’ll also explore introductory pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and connect breath with movement. Every class ends with a deeply restorative savasana.
This series is perfect if you are:
-
Brand new to yoga
-
Returning after an injury
-
Or simply craving time and space to revisit the fundamentals with care
No prior yoga experience needed. Just wear comfortable clothing—you’ll be provided with mats, props, and lots of support.
