Aloha Summer Challenge

Say hello to sunshine, sweat, and serious commitment with the Aloha Summer Challenge at Haumea! Whether you’re dipping your toes in or going all-in, this challenge lets you set your own pace and stay motivated all summer long.

Choose Your Challenge Level:
30 Classes – Earn a sticker to show off your summer streak!
60 Classes – Score a Haumea tank top for staying strong and steady.
90 Classes – Go all in and receive Haumea leggings to celebrate your dedication!

How to Join:

  1. Pick your challenge level at sign-up: 30, 60, or 90 classes.

  2. Write your name on the studio board in the designated Aloha Challenge section:

    • 1 row = 30 classes

    • 2 rows = 60 classes

    • 3 rows = 90 classes

  3. Fill in a spot for every class you complete.

Track your progress, stay consistent, and celebrate your summer of movement with the Haumea 'ohana!

Baby and Me Yoga Series at Madison Women's Health

Your little one is finally here! Now what? Put them in their car seat and join us. Meant for babies not yet on the go, Baby and Me Yoga in Madison, WI offers you the chance to connect with your baby, connect with other new parents, and to move your body.

Each baby yoga class begins with guided breathwork, incorporates baby massage techniques, and moves on to yoga poses with your baby. You will be encouraged to do what both you and your baby need. Take a break to feed? Yes! Baby needs a change? Do it!

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t showered and are covered in spit-up — you are welcome, and we’ll be glad to see you!

Each one-hour class is limited to 10 participants and is open to women who are six weeks postpartum with their providers approval. Sessions may be cancelled due to lack of participation.

Each 60-minute postpartum yoga class is open to women at least 6-week postpartum and who have been cleared by their provider for this class.

Class Session: All classes meet on Wednesday mornings, 10:30 am – 11:30 am at Madison Women’s Health.
