This comprehensive Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers, doulas, midwives, and wellness professionals who wish to confidently guide pregnant students through every stage of their journey with safety, compassion, and skill.
Grounded in both ancient yogic wisdom and modern perinatal science, this training explores the profound physical, emotional, and energetic changes of pregnancy. You’ll learn how to sequence intelligently, offer modifications for common conditions, and hold a nurturing, inclusive space for all birthing people.
What You’ll Learn:

Anatomy and physiology of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery

Safe and effective asana, pranayama, and meditation techniques during pregnancy

Teaching skills for group and private classes

How to integrate mindfulness, relaxation, and breathwork for labor preparation

Building community and supporting the transition into parenthood
Training Includes:
- 30 hours of online modules & materials to prepare for in-person training

20 hours of in-person training (one weekend)
- Relevant Guest Speakers, such as a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Practice teaching and feedback sessions

Comprehensive manual and resources
- Optional, virtual follow-up sessions post-training to answer outstanding questions
