Foundation!
Get
started on your fitness journey or enhance your current routine
with our Smart Strength Basics class! Designed for those looking to
build lean muscle, shape and tone their body, and improve strength,
mobility, stability, and endurance, this class focuses on
bodyweight exercises, bands, and dumbbells. By emphasizing good
form and technique, Smart Strength Basics helps you lay a solid
foundation for your fitness goals.
Progressions
and modifications are offered in each session to meet you where you
are and challenge you as you advance. For those interested, this
class is the perfect stepping stone into our regular Smart Strength
classes.
This
class takes place in our large studio, accommodating up to 8
participants, while still providing the individualized attention
necessary to ensure proper exercise execution, safety, and
effective results.
What
Smart Strength Basics is NOT:

Not a bootcamp or circuit training class.
Exercises are performed slowly and controlled with active rest
periods between exercises to maximize effectiveness.

Not a cardio or high-impact class. This low-impact
training style gets your heart pumping without the need for jumping
around.

Not your typical group fitness class.
Individualized attention is given to ensure proper form, avoiding
injury, and achieving more impactful results.
If you want to boost your metabolism, prevent signs of aging, strengthen your muscles and bones, or simply feel strong and confident in your body, Smart Strength Basics is the perfect class for you!

Total Barre® is a low impact, upbeat and fun Barre and Pilates class designed to mobilize, energize and help you find balance on and off the mat. Innovative strength and cardio exercises will transform your body from head to toe, combining movement patterns that will tone, shape and strengthen your buns, hips, thighs and calves.
The ultimate full-body workout creating lean muscles with plenty of modifications to feel supported using props, such as the mini stability ball, hand-weights, balancing balls, exercise band and parallel stability ballet barre. You will be challenged to find our edge using your fitness stamina and moving to the beat of curated playlists.
No dance experience necessary. Workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to experienced.
Enjoy personalized attention in this unheated small group class, limited to 4 participants per session.
