
Small Group Strength Training that teaches you how to workout smarter, not harder, with the most effective muscle building exercises in just 60 minutes.
This 8-week series of classes is geared towards women who want to build muscle, get stronger, shed excess body fat, and achieve a more sculpted looking body.
In each class, you'll be guided through the most effective muscle building exercises in just 60-minutes. The goal is to workout SMARTER, not harder. These classes will follow a phased program to avoid hitting plateaus that lead to frustration and burnout.
Best part is, you'll have a qualified personal trainer by your side to guide you through each class and ensure that exercises are being executed properly, so you avoid injury and get results. Your progress will be tracked each class to ensure you are moving in the right direction. Classes will also include mobility training and chats about nutrition for optimal performance and results.

Foundation!

started on your fitness journey or enhance your current routine
with our new Smart Strength Basics class! Designed for those
looking to build lean muscle, shape and tone their body, and
improve strength, mobility, stability, and endurance, this class
focuses on bodyweight exercises, bands, and dumbbells. By
emphasizing good form and technique, Smart Strength Basics helps
you lay a solid foundation for your fitness goals.
Progressions
and modifications are offered in each session to meet you where you
are and challenge you as you advance. For those interested, this
class is the perfect stepping stone into our regular Smart Strength
classes.
This
class takes place in our large studio, accommodating up to 8
participants, while still providing the individualized attention
necessary to ensure proper exercise execution, safety, and
effective results.
What
Smart Strength Basics is NOT:

Not a bootcamp or circuit training class.
Exercises are performed slowly and controlled with active rest
periods between exercises to maximize effectiveness.

Not a cardio or high-impact class. This low-impact
training style gets your heart pumping without the need for jumping
around.

Not your typical group fitness class.
Individualized attention is given to ensure proper form, avoiding
injury, and achieving more impactful results.

Total Barre® is a low impact, upbeat and fun Barre and Pilates class designed to mobilize, energize and help you find balance on and off the mat. Innovative strength and cardio exercises will transform your body from head to toe, combining movement patterns that will tone, shape and strengthen your buns, hips, thighs and calves.
The ultimate full-body workout creating long, lean muscles with plenty of modifications to feel supported using props, such as the mini stability ball, hand-weights, balancing balls, exercise band and parallel stability ballet barre. You will be challenged to find our edge using your fitness stamina and moving to the beat of curated playlists.
No dance experience necessary. Workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to experienced.
