Join your fellow Portland Girls Club members for an all levels workout and info session! We'll have a 60 minute, circuit-style session focused on strength and conditioning. This will be preceded by a complimentary InBody body composition scan and followed by coffee and snacks! All are welcome regardless of prior movement experience.

Sydney connects with the Portland community through yoga and strength training. Her main goal is to help clients add more joy to their lives by supporting them in their journey to living a more intentional life.
When Sydney isn’t coaching, you’ll likely find her having a Harry Potter/Star Wars movie marathon or yapping over a bowl of pho!
