Strength and stamina conditioning is intensified in this course as we weave movements together into short combinations. By the end of the series you’ll be able to piece movements together with confidence.
(Each session is 75 mins and is once per week for four weeks in a row.)

Students will learn to hang and invert from the hoop, as well as to sit and change position within the hoop. From there, beginning poses, transitions, and sequences will be introduced with an emphasis on technique and strength to prepare students for higher level skills.
As with all aerial classes, students are encouraged to take additional flexibility classes. It is recommended that students wear tight-fitting clothing that covers the back of the knees, low/mid back, and armpits.

This is a beginner spin pole class. Come learn the basics of spin pole shapes, and transitions. We will work on controlling your spins and conditioning.
(Students must have taken at least 4 static pole classes/pole conditioning before signing up. Students who have never done pole should take Level 1 pole first to learn pole basics.)
