Soothing Stretch into Stillness - With Sara

Release tension and calm your mind with a restorative journey led by Sara. This gentle practice is suitable for both beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
We’ll start with calming breathwork to quiet the mind and bring awareness to the body. Then, we’ll flow through mindful stretches from head to toe, taking our time to ease tight muscles and promote relaxation. After settling into Savasana, you’ll be guided into the practice of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that invites deep relaxation, helping us reach a state of conscious rest through focused listening and intentional awareness.
This practice is open to everyone, offering a chance to release and find peace in simply being. By turning inward, we move between wakefulness and sleep, allowing the body and mind to harmonize as we uncover the deeper layers of our consciousness.
