6 Weeks • 12 Training Days • 48 Total Hours

A high-rep development camp built for players serious about improving their skill level before next season.


DAILY SCHEDULE

8:00 – 8:30 AM

FOOTWORK & DEFENSIVE MOVEMENT

  • Defensive slides & closeouts

  • Getting to spots

  • Change of direction & balance

  • Explosive first step work


8:30 – 9:15 AM

DRIBBLING & BALL CONTROL

  • Both-hand development

  • Change of pace & direction

  • Combo moves

  • Attacking under pressure

  • Decision-making with the ball


9:15 – 9:25 AM

Break


9:25 – 10:45 AM

SHOOTING DEVELOPMENT

  • Shooting mechanics & consistency

  • Catch-and-shoot reps

  • Off-the-dribble shooting

  • Finishing at the rim

  • Free throw routines

  • High-volume game-speed reps


10:45 AM – 12:00 PM

GAME APPLICATION

  • 3-on-3 spacing & reads

  • 4-on-4 competitive play

  • Situational basketball

  • Live scrimmages

Every day ends with controlled competition so players apply what they worked on.
