Kids Yoga and Mindfulness are here at Inna Essence.

Aimed at 5-12 year olds, this term based class is on Tuesdays from 3.45 - 4.30pm.

Our term-based yoga and mindfulness program for primary school-aged children, is designed to engage little ones, whilst fostering physical, emotional, and social wellbeing in a fun and safe yoga studio setting.

Here at Inna Essence, it is our aim to introduce children to yoga and mindfulness in an age-appropriate and enjoyable way. This program’s goals are to:

• Build physical strength, flexibility, and coordination.

• Foster self-awareness, focus, and emotional regulation.

• Encourage creativity, self-expression, and community.

Your teacher is Silke - an Inna Essence Yoga teacher and previously a high school teacher. Silke holds a blue card and NDIS verification/registration.
