Rest & Receive is a monthly restorative yoga class designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.
Held in a private home on the Eastside of Wichita, this offering centers on fully supported, floor-based restorative poses using bolsters, blankets, and props. Throughout the class, Reiki energy work is offered, and a mini sound bath is gently woven throughout the experience to encourage relaxation and integration.
This is not a flow class and there is no physical exertion required.
The focus is on slowing down, softening the body, and allowing yourself to receive.
The class is intentionally kept accessible and streamlined so you can unwind deeply and still move into the rest of your evening feeling grounded and settled.

Come early, grab a coffee, and let this be part of your Sunday rhythm. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, this experience is designed to feel approachable, supportive, and nourishing.
