To enhance your yoga practice the healing energy of Reiki will be applied to different areas of the body to help you access deeper levels of relaxation and healing. Yoga + Reiki is a powerful combination leaving one feeling deeply rested and at peace. Class size limited to 18, please sign up in advance. Open to all levels. No experience necessary. Please note that essential oils may be used in this class.

Reiki is a hands-on Japanese healing system which promotes stress-reduction, relaxation, balance, and self-love.

A shifting of your energy occurs and opens the opportunity for better health and better sleep, nourishing your body, mind, and soul. No experience necessary & everyone is welcome.

If possible, please bring your own yoga mat and any props you made need. We do have some props available, but we want to make sure everyone is comfortable. Bringing a bottle of water is also recommended.
