This 75 minute workshop offers the combined benefits of yoga with the gentle healing power of Reiki. Ali, Nealee, & Kelsey will guide you into restful yoga poses using the support of props so you will comfortable and relaxed. To enhance your yoga practice the healing energy of Reiki will be applied to different areas of the body to help you access deeper levels of relaxation and healing.
