Our BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby) Spring Program is designed for moms who are ready to ease back into movement, build strength, and connect with others—all while keeping baby close.
This supportive, judgment-free environment allows you to show up as you are. Whether your baby is sleeping, feeding, or needing attention, you’ll have the flexibility to move at your own pace while prioritizing your recovery and strength.
Over the course of 8 weeks,
you’ll focus on rebuilding a strong foundation, improving overall
fitness, and gaining confidence in your body again.
Strength Foundations (Tuesdays at 10:45 AM & 12:00
PM)
This weekly in-gym class focuses on rebuilding strength from the
ground up. You’ll work on core stability, posture, and functional
strength through controlled, intentional movements. It’s the
perfect place to reconnect with your body and progress safely in a
structured environment.
Stroller Fit (Thursdays at 10:45 AM & 12:00
PM)
This weekly outdoor class takes place at a predetermined location
within the community. Expect a fun, energizing mix of strength and
cardio using your stroller, with options to modify intensity. It’s
a great way to enjoy fresh air, get moving, and connect with other
moms.
