Wellness Workshop Series: Meditation Journey

These workshops can be attended as a series or individually.

1. Slowing Down: Sunday, April 19th at 1pm

This session focuses on cultivating mindfulness and stillness in our fast-paced lives. Participants will engage in breathing techniques and guided meditations to foster awareness.


2. Grounding: Sunday, May 3rd at 1pm

In this workshop, we will explore grounding techniques to help individuals connect with the earth and alleviate stress. Through meditation and interactive activities, participants will discover personal grounding practices.


3. Awakening: Sunday, June 7that 1pm

The final session encourages participants to tap into their inner wisdom. Guided meditations and discussions will unveil insights and help attendees recognize their intuition.
