Great way to test yourself with our Half Hyrox! Compete as Doubles Team or Solo. Check-In starts at 8. Individuals kick-off at 8:15 and Doubles compete at 10:30.

Workout Format -

Start each station with a 500M run, followed by:

  1. 500M Ski ERG
  2. 25M Sled Push
  3. 25M Sled Pull
  4. 40M Burpee Broad Jumps
  5. 500M Row
  6. 100M Farmers Carry
  7. 50M Sandbag Lunges
  8. 50 Wall Balls
