Our program is designed to teach children the fundamentals of
boxing and provide valuable self-defence training. Led by
experienced instructors, our classes cover everything from proper
fighting stances and basic punches to more advanced techniques such
as dodging, blocking, and counter-attacking.
In addition to providing valuable self-defence skills, our program also instills essential values such as dedication and discipline. We believe that boxing is a fantastic way for kids to learn how to defend themselves while staying active and energized.

The program is an introduction to Jimmy’s Toronto boxing and a guide for advancing boxing skills. Boxing for kids, much like beginner boxing for adults, teaches the fundamentals of boxing training for youth, such as correct fighting stances and basic punches, while providing boxing tips for kids who want to take their training to the next level.
Jimmy’s Toronto Boxing lessons are a safe, fun way to keep children
engaged in physical activity while teaching valuable lessons in
dedication and discipline. Boxing for youth is perhaps the best way
for kids to exert their energy in a productive way they will
enjoy.

Build strength, speed, and confidence in a fun, coach-guided
environment. Each session develops proper lifting technique, core
stability, agility, and mobility with age-appropriate
progressions—no max lifts. Athletes of all sports (and all
experience levels) learn safe
movement patterns, tackle engaging circuits, and finish with
recovery work. Expect better performance, fewer injuries, and a
supportive team vibe.

This class is designed to help swimmers build strength, power, and endurance outside the pool. Through functional movements, mobility drills, and sport-specific conditioning, participants will improve core stability, muscular balance, and overall athletic performance to support faster, stronger, and more efficient swimming.
